1Accepting the terms

Kira is an independent store providing digital subscription plans. By messaging, ordering or using the service you agree to the terms below.

2About the service

Kira is not an official reseller of YouTube, ChatGPT, Netflix, Google or Spotify. Brand names belong to their respective owners. Specific benefits depend on each plan and on the provider's policies, and may change.

3Ordering and payment

The price Kira quotes in the conversation is the final price for your order. The order is confirmed when you pay using the details Kira sends in the official conversation. Kira never asks you to pay into a different account. Kira delivers the plan within 5–15 minutes after payment is confirmed; at peak times it may take longer.

4Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service for personal purposes, not resell it or share it beyond the plan's scope.
• Not change sign-in details without telling Kira first.
• Give accurate information when ordering and asking for support.
• Not use the service for anything unlawful.

5Kira's responsibilities

Kira commits to:

• Provide the plan and term you confirmed.
• Honour the warranty under the Warranty policy and refunds under the Refund policy.
• Support you 24/7 on WhatsApp and email.
• Protect your information under the Privacy policy.

6Limits of liability

Kira is not responsible for interruptions on the provider's side that are beyond Kira's control. In that case you are covered by the warranty or refund under our policies. Kira's maximum liability does not exceed the value of the related order. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

7Changes to the terms

Kira may update these terms and shows the update date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to resolve it by negotiation before going to a competent authority.
